How do I stretch a fitted baseball cap w / out special tools?

I have a fitted Red Sox hat that is only a bit too tight. I tried to wet it and wearing it – but it is too tight. Any suggestions? Thanks

It depends on the amount you need to expand … If you just need a little more, I took a pair of scissors and cut inside the band, not all back because I will not ruin the structure of the hat, but I cut as bands inches long on each side of the hat … worked well and gave me the little space I needed … Good luck.

Cut the elastic in a flexible adjustment cap baseball that better?

I have a baseball cap is Flex Fit. In fact, molds the head well, good looks, and seems to fit almost perfect. The only problem is that after using it for a long time, sometimes I start to have headaches. A friend advised me to cut in a flexible band to alleviate this problem. Will this really be an effective way to maintain the facility hat me, but also to push the head so tight?

I had the same problem with my flex cap … I cut slits on the sides and back and feel a little less strict and wont ruin the mold. I cut in front of the cap area only b / c it may irritate your face. I also tried to maintain extended evening before cutting, but always seemed to return to the original tightness as before. Basta!
