MLB patch on my sweatshirt license + white = very well to sell?
I have some licensed Major League Baseball logo embroidered patches on a computer. If I sew those patches on a white sweatshirt, and then I proceed to give that shirt on sale (with eBay), it is not violating any trademark law?
No. It would be illegal for you to create your own logo, however. You have the physical property, can do whatever you want with it. It would be different than the sale only the patches, or just shirts.
