Contacts … is not a scene from High School? We are obsessed by the memory of our first date and the stress that results from the anticipation of it: "Am I right team selection?" "Do I smell good to them?" "What will I say during the difficult moments silence? "

Things have not changed much since High School. Often the same question and still get the same sense of nervous anticipation before embarking on a first date with someone.

Dating can be a very daunting for even the most experienced, savvy dater. Recently, I asked both men and women who dated frequently (3-4 times per week on average) if there was still nervous first date. The same answer echoed through 93% and was a resounding "Yes!"

Surprisingly, even people who seem so sure, those who have an endless amount of potential dates, and a line of potential suitors, there are still nervous first date. So for those singles that still have troubling memories of their experiences past events, how to go to the dating pool and start swimming again?

Unlike swimming in a pool full of water, not diving into the deep dating pool first, even if you remember how to swim. Sharks may be lurking, waiting to attack. It is always best if you start in the shallow pool.

Putting one foot in the section of a charity event in your area. If you are nervous, as most of us, prepare for their first meeting, just that when you are competing for a job promotion.

Sports clubs (from those who actually participate in sports) special courses at a college or community center Grocery Cafe Coffee shops (I say that in my book)

Again, this is just a couple of ideas. The most important while swimming in the pool is to avoid the offending behavior. That is determined by the pool which is in Good luck and remember, start the shallow end before diving into deep water, a lifejacket may not be available.
